1. User Login & Registration

To access our website, users must complete the registration process. If you already have an account, you may log in directly. New users can register using a username. In case you forget your password, use the “Forgot Password” feature to reset it and regain access. If you are unable to view webpage content after logging in, please contact our customer service via the “Contact Us” section.

2. Page Loading Issues

If the page fails to load and exits automatically, please first check your network connection. You may then refresh the page and try again. Should the displayed content appear overlapping or disorganized, we encourage you to provide timely feedback to our team.

3. How to List Products?

Product data and store templates will not disappear once saved as drafts. They remain in the system unless manually deleted. Additionally, products can be listed in batches for efficient management.

4. Price Range Mismatch

You can adjust the applicable price range of your listing template in the system or create a new one. To do so, click the “Edit” button in the product sales information, locate the platform icon for listing, select the site, and enter the “suggested price.”

5. Service Not Activated After Payment?

In the personal center on the system homepage, click “My Bill” to find your purchase record, then notify us that the payment has been made. If the service is still not activated or upgraded after this step, please provide a payment screenshot to our customer service team. We will promptly verify and resolve the issue.

6. Issues with Uploading Images via URL

Please note that uploading images via URL is only supported on Google Chrome. To enable this, go to Privacy and Security settings in Google Chrome, configure the site settings, and allow the display of unsafe content.

7. Order Data Collection Errors

Errors during order data collection may occur due to a large volume of data. If this happens, please try recollecting the order data after one hour. Note that the system will not automatically recollect the data.

8. “Delivery Preference Does Not Exist” During Package Upload

This issue generally arises when the saved address list is not up to date and may have been deleted. To resolve this, the system needs to retrieve the latest address list data.
