1. About login

Our website needs to be registered to be able to browse the page. If you have registered, you can log in directly. If you have not registered, you can register with your user name. If the user forgets the password, he can also reset the new password and log in again by “forgetting the password”. If you cannot view the web page information after logging in, you can contact customer service through “Contact Us”.

2. The page information cannot be loaded and is waiting to be loaded

If the page information has been loaded and automatically exited, you can first check whether your network information is abnormal, and then enter the page again by refreshing the network. If there is overlap or confusion in the page information display, you can give us feedback in time.

3. How do we put it on the shelf?

Product data and store templates will not disappear after they are generated into drafts, and will always exist in the system as long as they are not manually deleted; Product data can be put on the shelves in batches.

4. Why does the price range not match?

You can modify the applicable price range of your publication template in the system, or create a new applicable publication template. Click the “Edit” button in the sales product information of the product, find the platform icon to be put on the shelf, click the icon, select the site and fill in the “suggested price”.

5. Is it not opened or upgraded after payment?

You can click “My bill to find the purchase record” in the personal center on the home page of the system, and click to notify that the payment has been made. If you still do not get the activation and upgrade through this operation, you can provide our customer service colleagues with a screenshot of the payment for explanation, and we will promptly verify and investigate the processing.

6. Why can’t I upload pictures using URL links?

Please note that uploading pictures using URL links is only applicable to Google Browser. You can set unsafe content for websites in privacy settings and security at the settings of Google Browser, and then add it to allow unsafe content to be displayed.

7. Why is an error reported when collecting order data?

The error may be caused by the large number of order data collection. If this problem occurs, you can try to re-collect the order data after 1 hour. The system will not re-collect the order data.

8. Why does the delivery preference not exist when uploading packages?

Generally, because the obtained address list is not up-to-date and may have been deleted, the system needs to be called to obtain the latest address list data.
